These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this “Smart Rewards” promotion (the “Promotion”). PROMOTIONAL PERIOD  

1. This Smart Rewards Promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below)from 06.05.2024 00:00 UK time until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. are resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland;

4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.  

HOW TO CLAIM PROMOTION  

5. To claim this Promotion, Eligible Players must: 
1. log in; 
2. opt-in once from the promotional page and; 
3. meet the Qualifying Criteria (defined below for each game category) to receive a reward.  
6. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Players can receive Slot rewards, Live Casino rewards and Bingo rewards, as detailed below.

9. Live Casino Rewards Qualifying Criteria:

2. If a combination of bets placed in a Roulette Game amounts to coverage of 67% or more of the Roulette wheel, these bets will not count towards the staking amount required to qualify. 10. Bingo Rewards Qualifying Criteria:
1. Eligible Players must wager £5 in any Bingo room in a day.
2. Eligible Players can qualify for one Bingo reward per day.
3. Eligible Players who meet the qualifying criteria for the bingo rewards will receive 3 Bingo Tickets.
4. The Bingo Tickets:
1. must be used on the following Bingo Room only:

2. are valued between £0.01 and £0.10 each.
3. are valid for 48 hours from the moment they’re credited.
4. cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Eligible Players can qualify for each offer once per day and can qualify for all three providing the above qualifying criteria are met.
12. Eligible Players who have successfully opted in (online/mobile) and met the Qualifying Criteria each day will be instantly credited with the relevant rewards 
13. There will be maximum of twenty-one rewards available per Eligible Player per week (Monday to Sunday). 
14. In addition, Eligible Players who have opted in and met the Qualifying Criteria for at least one of the rewards (Slots, Live Casino or Bingo), will receive one entry into a Monthly Prize Draw (as detailed below). 
15. Maximum one Monthly prize Draw entry per Eligible Player per day.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the rewards with alternative rewards of the same or higher value.  
17. Rewards are non-transferable. 

MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW 

18. Eligible Players who, in a day, have met the Qualifying Criteria for one of the rewards will receive one entry into the Monthly Prize Draw 
19. A Maximum of one entry can be collected per Eligible Player per day.
20. An Eligible Player’s prize draw entries will be displayed on the Smart Rewards Promotional Page 
21. Eligible Players will be collecting entries to the Monthly prize draw from the 1^st of every month at 00:00 (UK Time) until the last day of the month at 23:59 (UK Time) 
22. The Monthly Prize Draw will take place on the 1^st day of the month at 17:00 (UK Time) 
23. Prize Draw entries cannot be exchanged between Eligible Players.
24. An Eligible Player can win a maximum of 1 prize per Monthly Prize Draw, regardless of the number of entries collected.
25. Prizes will be Cash. 
26. Eligible Players who do not win a cash prize during the Monthly Prize Draw will be credited with 300 Coral Coins.
1. An Eligible Player can redeem their Coral Coins via the Coral Coin Store HERE 
2. By redeeming Coral Coins for an offer within the Coral Coins Store an Eligible Player agrees to the specific Terms & Conditions of that offer. Full Terms & Conditions can be found in the Coral Coin Store, within the section covering each available offer.
3. Coins Collected during any calendar month within the Coral Coins Promotional period will expire on 7^th day of the following month (e.g. Coins collected during the month July will expire on 7^th August (23:59 UK Time), Coins collected during the month of August will expire on 7^th September (23:59 UK Time), etc.). Any unused Coral Coins will be forfeited after the 7^th day of the month following their collection.
4. There is no cash alternative to the Coral Coins.
27. There are Ten Thousand (10,000) cash prizes available to be won each month. The total cash value of these is £20,000. The full list of the Monthly Prize Draw prizes will be as follows:

CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

28. The maximum Cash Prize that players can win is £500.00.
29. The minimum Cash Prize that players can win is £1.00.
30. Any Cash Prize won by a player will be displayed in the ‘Transaction History’ tab of their website account within 24 hours of the Prize Draw being held. 
31. The Cash Prize will be credited to the Cash Balance section of the player’s account within 24 hours from the time a player is notified of the prize won through a message on the player’s account. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

33. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

35. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
36. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
37. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
